Tambang di kawasan mineral Grasberg, Papua – Indonesia merupakan salah satu deposit tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia. Kami saat ini menambang pada fase akhir tambang terbuka Grasberg. Kami tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. Secara total, semua tambang bawah tanah ini diharapkan menghasilkan tembaga dan emas skala besar sehubungan dengan peralihan dari tambang terbuka Grasberg.

1. Engineer Civil Geotech High
- S1 or S2 degree in Civil or geotechnical engineering with minimum 1 years working experience on Civil-Geotechnical projects.
- Good understanding in practical civil engineering and geotechnical engineering software.
- Good understanding in field and geotechnical laboratory procedure.
- Good understanding in geotechnical and geological knowledge.
- Strong communication skill; Project management skill; Presentation skill.
2. Engineer, Underground Geotech DOZ-DMLZ #3B
- S1 degree in Geology or Mining Engineering with 3 years of experience in underground geotechnical.
- Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
- Be able to communicate with field people, lead subordinates, develop or train subordinates and must be energetic & willing to work in the field.
- Analytical thinking.
- English for both oral and written.
- Computer, such as VULCAN, AUTOCAD, and Mining Software (Deswik, Voxler).
3. Engineer, Underground Geotech BG #1
- S1 degree in Geology or Mining Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in geotechnical of stope mine.
- Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
- Be able to communicate with field people, lead subordinates, develop or train subordinates and must be energetic & willing to work in the field.
- Analytical thinking.
- English for both oral and written.
- Computer, such as VULCAN, AUTOCAD, and Mining Software (Deswik, Voxler).
4. Chief Accountant Underground Mine
- Understanding in maintenance operation, underground mining, project estimation, project administration, and financial process.
- Leadership, personnel management, and cultural sensitivity.
- Project management knowledge.
- Financial and accounting knowledge.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Attention to details.
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Knowledge on SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, Tableau, OneStream, MS Office and other consolidation/reporting tools
- Education: The candidate must have a bachelors degree, S1 Degree in Mining Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics, and familiar with underground mining and maintenance operation.
- Experience: The candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of working experience in mining, business consultancy or similar industry. Preferably senior/manager level in reputable business consultant, Big 4 auditor firm, or multinational company.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills both written and verbal form
- Computer Skills/SAP/Onestream: Candidate for the position must have great computer skills in SAP system, OneStream system, demonstrate high proficiency in the use of MS Office and consolidation/reporting tools.
- Analytical Skills: A candidate must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills to be able to analyze cost performance and operation data.
- Interpersonal Skills: The candidate for the position must have an aptitude on leadership, project management, communication, and critical thinking
5. Foreman, Legal Compliance
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in law field.
- Previous working experience of 3 years minimum in legal, preferably in the aspect of industrial health and safety.
- Concern for Safety and industrial health and Environment Reflects an underlying drive to create safety and industrial health-working environment or prevent accidents in the surrounding environment.
- Achievement Orientation Highly oriented in achieving targets and improving performance; creates own measures of excellence, scrupulous in ensuring accuracy of work.
