Bank BTN telah berdiri sejak jaman pemerintahan Hindia Belanda di Batavia, tepatnya pada tahun 1897 dengan nama Postpar Bank. Pada tahun 1963 barulah nama Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN) resmi digunakan sebagai nama perusahaan.
Pada tahun 1950, bank ini diambil alih oleh pemerintah Indonesia dan berganti nama menjadi Kantor Tabungan Pos.
Pada tahun 1963, bank ini kembali berganti nama menjadi Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan secara resmi dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Indonesia (BUMN) pada tahun 1968 hingga saat ini.
1. General Banking Staff (GBS)
General Banking Staff is a recruitment position at the staff level that will be placed on several fields of work which will fully support the company business process. The candidates are also will be equipped with education and training that concentrated on funding and credit
Qualification :
- Indonesian Citizens
- Male and Female
- Single and willing to not marry during the service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old (not yet 25th in the current recruitment year)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Minimum height 160 cm for male dan 155 cm for female
- Physically proportional and has good appearance
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Have no family relation with Bank BTNemployee such as parents or siblings.

2. Teller Service Staff (TS)
Teller Service Staff (TS) is a recruitment position at the staff level with a role as the front liner in the products information services and banking transaction with excellent service to the costumers.
Qualification :
- Indonesian Citizens
- Single and willing to not marry during 2 years of service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
- Preferably has pleasant appearance
- Preferably domicile from recruiment area
- Have no family relation with Bank BTN such as parents or siblings
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond

3. Customer Service Staff (CS)
Customer Service Staff (CS) is a recruitment position at the staff level with a role as the front liner in the products information services and banking transaction with excellent service to the costumers.

- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

4. Sekretaris
Secretary is a position that requires eyes on details organizing ability and diligence in organizing administrative tasks and work unit schedule activities that support the running of the company business.
Qualification :
- Indonesian Citizens
- Female
- Single and willing to not marry during the 2 years of service bond
- Candidate must be a maximum 24 years old (not yet turning 25 years old by the year of the recruitment)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 (preferably secretary major)
- Minimum height 155 cm Prefferably physically proportional and has pleasant appearance
- Willing to undergo 3 years of service bond
- Have no family relation with Bank BTN employee such as parents or siblings
