Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT KCIC menjadi bagian dari masyarakat Indonesia untuk membangun lebih dari sekadar transportasi dan menawarkan lebih dari sekadar bisnis dengan menciptakan harmonisasi dan kombinasi transportasi dan integrasi regional secara berkelanjutan.

Berdiri pada Oktober 2015, PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) merupakan perusahaan patungan antara konsorsium Badan Usaha Milik Negara Indonesia (BUMN) melalui PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia (PSBI) dan konsorsium perusahaan perkeretaapian Tiongkok melalui Beijing Yawan HSR Co.Ltd, dengan bisnis utama di sektor transportasi publik dengan skema business to business (B2B).

Hadir untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur transportasi massal perkeretaapian tanah air, PT KCIC saat ini merupakan pemilik proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) pemerintah Indonesia sesuai dengan Perpres No. 3/2016.

Selain pengembangan infrastruktur transportasi publik, PT KCIC turut berupaya menunjang peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat di sepanjang trase kereta cepat melalui pengembangan kawasan terintegrasi atau Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di setiap area stasiun yakni Halim, Karawang, Padalarang, dan Tegalluar. Konsep TOD yang dipadukan dengan kereta cepat diyakini dapat meningkatkan kemudahan akses wilayah, sehingga mampu mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah sekitar.

PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China, one of Indonesian National Strategic Project (PSN), are looking for the best candidates to participate and contribute the Jakarta – Bandung High-Speed Railway (HSR) Project.

1. Officer Internal Audit

Job Description :

• Assist in the preparation of the annual work plan and budget of the Internal Audit Department
• Assist in managing work paper documents and reports both audits and consultations
• Assist in carrying out administration and administration of human resources, finance and housing within the internal audit department.
• Assist in implementing and reporting the results of monitoring and evaluation of follow-up audit recommendations
• Assist in carrying out quality assurance and improvement of the internal audit department
• Carry out assistance to external auditors in the ongoing audit process

Requirements :

• Have a formal education of at least a third diploma or a bachelor’s degree recognized by the company.
• Have good analytical skills and able to operate Ms. Office
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Able to work individually or as part of a team

2. Mandarin Interpreter

Job Description :

• Translate the meeting, reports, formal letter work, and also in meeting or internal event or any activities into genuine Bahasa Indonesia – Mandarin or Mandarin – English (Vice Versa) if needed including but not limited.
• Translate any documents including technical terms, especially for construction and railway terms.
• Assist Expatriates to communicate with local employees
• Do coordination work or administrative
• Do daily/Weekly/Annual report

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Hospitality /Psychology / Chinese Language
• At least 2 years of working experience as an interpreter or in the related field
• Translate/Interpreter, Coordination, Team Work, Good Communication, Adaptability, independent, etc
• Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin (HSK 4), English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills)

3. Trainee Of Power Supply Technician

Job Overview :

• Performed maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum D3 education with requirements:
  • Major: Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in railway electrical technology.
  • Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
• Gender is preferably male

4. Trainee Of Heavy Machinery Technician

Job Overview :

• The job description includes operating and maintaining heavy machine operators for the Jakarta Bandung High-Speed Railway

5. Trainee Of EMU Maintenance Technician

Job Overview :

• Conducting maintenance and inspection of EMU (Electrical Multiple Unit) Jakarta Bandung High-Speed Railway

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum D3 education with requirements:
  • Major: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railways, Transportation Management, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in Railway Mechanics Technology or Railway Electrical Technology.

6. Officer General Affair

Job Overview :

• Carry out administrative activities to fulfill the company’s operational needs such as office stationery, office facilities & infrastructure, transportation, and accommodation to ensure their availability.
• Coordinate with vendors related to building management and maintenance such as elevators, generators, as well as telephone, electricity, water and vehicle utilities to be ready for use (cleanliness, security, and availability of utilities)
• Responsible for internal company services regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Carry out inventory and monitoring of the condition of office buildings, messes, and equipment
• Perform inventory of office assets (workstation labels, labels/desktops, etc.)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in all majors
• Have 1 year experience in general affair, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have competence and knowledge in building facility maintenance management and administration.
• Committed to administration and logistics work
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a good working knowledge of administrative procedures and the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in accordance with the organization’s regulations
• Flexibile and able to work well independently and as a team member

7. Trainee Of Telecommunication Technician

Job Overview :

• Perform maintenance and inspection of telecommunications equipment Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway

Requirements :

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum D3 education with requirements:
  • Major: Electrical Engineering or related
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in railway electrical technology.

8. Trainee Of Signaling Technician

Job Overview :

• Perform maintenance and inspection of signaling equipment for the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway

  • Major: Electrical engineering or Network Engineering or equivalent

9. Trainee Of Permanent Way Technician

Job Overview :

• Conduct maintenance and inspection of tracks, buildings, tunnels, and bridges of the Jakarta-Bung High Speed Railway

  • Major: Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in building and railroad engineering.
  • Freshgraduate are welcome to apply

10. Officer Accounting

Job Description :

• Monitoring ticket transactions (counter and non counter) via ticket sales database
• Ensure cash transactions at the counter in the sales database are in accordance with the bank account
• Ensure non-cash transactions in the sales database are in accordance with the bank account
• Verifying that all ticket transactions and bank accounts have been recorded
• Ensure ticket transactions, PG, sales database, finance application are in accordance with bank accounts

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are very welcome, nice to have working experience in accounting
• Minimum 20 years old and maximum 30 years old at the time of application
  Unmarried is preferable
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excell application and preferably using applications according to the field of finance
• Have a tax brevet certificate A & B
• Able to work as individual or as a team

11. Officer HR Organization Development

Job Overview :

• Drafting, administrating, and organizing the work load of human resources planning and policy responsibility
• Interpreting the document of human resources planning and policy
• Representing as the human resources policy regulator
• Preparing, evaluating, and updating the draft master plan and road map related to the preparation of employee regulations
• Preparing the draft work programs and budgets related to the preparation of employee regulations and employee remuneration

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree education majoring in Law, English, human resources, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Fluent in English as proved by official test certificate
• Experienced in the human resources of planning and policy is prioritized

12. Senior Officer Internal Audit

Job Description :

• Carry out the preparation of the annual work plan and budget of the internal audit department
• Carry out administration and administration of human resources, keuaham and housekeeping within the internal audit department.
• Carry out and report monitoring and evaluation of follow-up recommendations on audit results
• Carry out quality assurance and improvement audits of the Internal Audit Department
• Carry out external audit assistance in terms of cost and revenue audits
• Compile the Internal Audit Department report

Requirements :

• Formal education at least undergraduate from a university with accreditation A / Excellent or recognized by the company
• Have experience as an Audit at least 4 years
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Have good communication and presentation skills

13. Auditor 1

Job Description :

• Develop and establish an audit program that will be used in the assignment
• Prepare the necessary documents and carry out tests and assessments in accordance with the audit program
• Prepare audit work papers
• Supervise and evaluate the implementation of audits that have been carried out
• Draft audit findings, suggestions for improvement and prevention of irregularities that occur
• Make a report on the Internal Audit Department

Requirements :

• Formal education at least undergraduate from a university with accreditation A / Excellent or recognized by the company
• Have experience as an Audit at least 4 years
• Have a valid and recognized internal audit certification
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Have good communication and presentation skills

14. Environment Safety Incpector

Job Overview :

• Manage environmental safety performance plans.
• Manage the list of environmental management training needs.
• Manage the implementation of the company’s environmental management system.
• Carry out and process the results of inspections, supervision, investigations and follow-up monitoring.
• Manage procedures related to environmental management
• Updating the list of legal regulations and environmental issues as well as the results of supervision from the environmental service.
• Monitoring the control of hazards related to environmental issues
• Participate in safety committee activities, especially related to environmental issues

Requirements :

• Minimum education Diploma 3/Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
• Have experience in the environmental min. 3 years
• Have knowledge or have been involved in preparing environmental documents, Waste Management, HIRADC/JSA, Environment Inspection, Emergency Response Plan, Investigation.
• Preferably have knowledge of railways
• Preferably have certification related to the environment / General K3 Expert
• Able to operate MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work outside working hours
• Have good communication skills

15. Facility Maintenace Safety Incpector

Job Overview :

• Monitor the implementation of safety regulations on work equipment and facilities.
• Prepare a list of work equipment and facilities including certification and calibration requirements.
• Carry out and process the results of inspections, supervision and monitoring of safety of work equipment and facilities.
• Record the incident and conduct follow-up investigations.
• Coordinate with related units in terms of implementing certification and calibration of work equipment and facilities.
• Review safety procedures for the use of work equipment and facilities.
• Monitoring the control of hazards related to the safety of work equipment and facilities
• Participate in safety committee activities, especially related to the safety of work equipment and facilities

Requirements :

• Minimum education Diploma 3/Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
• Have experience regarding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) min. 3 years
• Have knowledge related to Safety, HIRADC/JSA, Safety Inspection, Emergency Response Plan, Investigation.
• Preferably have knowledge of railways
• Preferably have B/C level Fire Officer certification or General K3 Expert
• Able to operate AutoCAD and MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work outside working hours
• Have good communication skills

16. Senior Officer Mobile Apps Programmer

Job Overview :

• Review, design and improvement of applications business process
• Provide Development Design for Mobile Applications, Integration with ERP or other applications
• Perform programming, development & customization of applications, report and dashboard
• Perform Database configuration, Backup and Restore
• Monitoring, Mantaining, Tuning and Trouble Shooting of Applications
• Provide end-user training, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of company information system
• Perform regular audits to ensure that the application security and usage are in accordance with company requirement

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma 3 or University graduates, preferably in Informatics Engineering
• Good computer literate, Windows & Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years experiences in developing and implementing Mobile Applications, or Web Application
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, and Flutter.
• Good understanding of SQL Server or Oracle Database, RDBMS, ETL, and Programming (MS Visual Studio C#, PHP or Javascrip).
