Nama diubah ke PN perumahan dalam Peraturan No. 63 dari Pemerintah pada tahun 1960. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah no. 39 1971 status diubah menjadi PT Pembangunan Perumahan.
Sebagai BUMN, kepemilikan mayoritas (51%) dari PT PP dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan sisanya (49%) di tangan karyawan dan manajer dari PT PP. area bisnis utama BUMN menjalankan konstruksi bangunan dan sipil. Untuk mendukung pengembangan bisnis tahun 2013, perusahaan telah membuat beberapa aksi korporasi keuangan dan operasional.
PT Pembangunan Perumahan atau PP sebagai perusahaan yang didedikasikan untuk pengembangan konstruksi memiliki kebijakan perusahaan dalam hal kualitas, lingkungan kesehatan dan kerja (LK3) yang berlaku untuk semua wilayah operasi dari kantor pusat perusahaan dan cabang, serta di lapangan.

1. UGM CAREER DAYS 2023 – CONTRACT BASED – ACCOUNTING

PT PP (Persero) Tbk, a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in Construction and Investment business with more than 60 years of experiences in construction of prestigious building, infrastructure, property and EPC, would like to invite you to join the Contract-Based Program as Accounting in our company with the following information :
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting & Business Management from reputable university
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- GPA ≥ 3.20
- Good understanding and able to speak in English
- Understanding the principles of accounting and financial analysis
- Having experience in campus organization is a must
- Willing to be placed throughout PT PP (Persero) Tbk projects (all over Indonesia & overseas)
Responsibilities :
- Manage the activities and documents of corporate financial transactions
- Prepare and provide financial reports from various sources available
- Conducting activities and financial accounting procedures in the company
- Implement the taxation function in the project
- Carry out duties and responsibilities based on WI (Work Instructions) and Job Description
- Carry out instructions and tasks that supports the performance of the company

Description :

Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Maximum age of 27 years old
- GPA ≥ 3.20
- Good understanding and able to speak in English
- Understanding the principles of civil engineering, building qualifications, irrigation, ports, or roads
- Good skill in using of IT application/progam that related with civil/construction
- Having experience in campus organization is an advantage
- Willing to be placed throughout PT PP (Persero) Tbk projects (all over Indonesia & overseas)
Responsibilities :
- Manage and ensure the project goes based on the plan
- Carry out completion of substances and conduct inspections on the project
- Reviewing plans and technical specifications for construction purposes
- Responsible for the daily development of the project
- Ensure the achievement of the quality of the work according to company standards
- Carry out duties and responsibilities based on WI (Work Instructions) and Job Description
- Carry out instructions and tasks that supports the performance of the company
