  2. By registering, you agree that your basic Google profile data (full name and email address) will be used as your account identity on the Platform. Your email address is read-only and cannot be changed after registration.
  3. Additional profile data is collected on a lazy basis, meaning it is only requested when a specific feature requires it:

    2. Province and city of residence — requested when accessing the Tryout analysis feature;
    3. Other profile data as required by specific features.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to access the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to secure your Google account credentials.

4. Services Provided

JadiBUMN provides digital education services specifically designed for job seekers preparing for recruitment examinations at Indonesian state-owned enterprises (BUMN). The following Services are available on the Platform:

4.1 Core Services

  1. Tryout (Mock Examinations) — Attempt-based examination simulations structured as Category → Tryout → Section → Lesson. Includes timed sessions, question navigation, and comprehensive result analysis with answer explanations. Tryout content is tailored to BUMN (State-Owned Enterprise) recruitment examination formats.
  2. Latsol (Practice Questions) — Self-paced practice mode with similar mechanics to Tryout but without strict time constraints, designed for in-depth study and topic mastery.
  3. Course/Materials — Learning modules available in various formats (text, video, quiz) that can be studied independently, with bookmark and progress tracking features.
  4. Liveclass (Live Online Classes) — Live online classes with instructors, including upcoming class schedules and access to recordings (replay) for Users who cannot attend the live session.
  5. Journey/Guided Learning — Structured learning paths that guide Users through a sequence of learning nodes in a defined order, with two-level access controls.
  6. Links/Groups & Free PDFs — Links to study group communities and downloadable free PDF materials included as additional package benefits.
  7. Activity Center — Official announcements from the Platform and reports on the User’s learning activities and progress.
  8. Helpdesk — An issue reporting and inquiry system with two pathways (technical issues and general inquiries), Quick Reply functionality, and defined SLA for handling.

4.2 Service Availability

The Company reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to adding new features, changing feature mechanics, or retiring features that are no longer relevant. Guest Mode (unauthenticated browsing of limited content) is available on the web version only.

5. Membership and Payment

5.1 Membership Packages

  1. Certain Services on the Platform require an active Membership. You may view package details (name, benefits, active period, and price) before making a purchase.
  2. Each Membership Package grants access to a specific combination of features (Tryout, Latsol, Course, Liveclass, Journey) as configured by the Company for the selected package.
  3. The active period of a Membership begins from the moment payment is confirmed by the system and expires according to the duration of the selected package.

5.2 Payment Process

  1. Payments are processed through official Payment Gateways partnered with the Company, namely Midtrans, iPaymu, and/or DANA, using the payment methods available on each respective gateway.
  2. The applicable price is the latest price at the time you submit your payment, not the price displayed when you first opened the checkout page. If a price change occurs (including the expiration of a flash sale) before submission, the updated price will apply.
  3. An unpaid invoice will automatically expire 24 (twenty-four) hours after its creation.
  4. You may cancel a transaction before completing payment, and the transaction status will change to Cancelled.

5.3 Vouchers

You may apply a voucher code during checkout. A voucher providing a 100% discount will bypass the Payment Gateway and directly activate your Membership. Voucher terms, conditions, and validity periods are determined solely by the Company.

5.4 Payment Failures

In the event that a Payment Gateway callback fails after 3 (three) automatic retry attempts, your package will not be activated automatically. In such cases, you must contact VOC (our customer support team) with valid proof of payment. The VOC team will verify your payment and, if confirmed, will manually activate your Membership.

5.5 Refund Policy

  1. The Company does not provide refunds for Membership packages that have been successfully activated, except under specific circumstances at the sole discretion of the Company.
  2. Refund requests arising from technical system disruptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis through the VOC team.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to examination questions, answer explanations, videos, modules, course materials, designs, logos, icons, layouts, and source code, are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
